Dayloft LLC provides software technical development and technical support services to business clients, including clients in mainland China. All services are performed and delivered by Dayloft from the United States, outside mainland China.

Each engagement is agreed in a service list or periodic invoice. Typical work falls into five areas.

USD telegraphic transfer (T/T) to Dayloft LLC's US business account. 以美元电汇（T/T）支付至 Dayloft LLC 美国公司账户。
Dayloft LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. Services are provided and performed outside mainland China; each party is responsible for its own taxes under the laws of its jurisdiction.
